There is a problem that most of us face while downloading the Windows 8 licensed version. The problem I faced when running the Windows8 - Setup file is, I got an error message in the blue screen stating that the download task did not complete at 0%. The error displayed was "Unspecified error".
The solution to this problem is that you need to delete the WebSetup folder from the C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Microsoft folder. Follow these steps if the WebSetup folder is invisible:

- Click OK.
- Navigate to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Microsoft folder.
- Delete the WebSetup folder.
